The short version. These terms cover this website only. Using Secona itself is governed by the separate agreement we sign with your agency.
1. Who we are
This website is published by Focus Chain Labs, which operates Secona. You can reach us at queries@focuschainlabs.com. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. What the site is for
The site describes the Secona product and lets you ask to join the early access programme. It is marketing material, not an offer or a contract. Nothing here creates an obligation on either of us until we agree terms in writing.
3. Requesting early access
Please give accurate details when you contact us, and only send someone else's details if you are entitled to. Places in the early access programme are limited and we may decline a request, or stop accepting requests, without giving a reason.
4. Prices shown on this site
The prices on the pricing section are the intended prices for the early access programme and are shown for information. Taxes may apply. The price you actually pay, and how long any introductory rate lasts, will be set out in the agreement we sign with you.
5. Our content
The Secona name, the logo, the wordmark and the design and text of this site belong to us. You may link to the site and quote short passages with attribution. Please do not copy the site wholesale, or use our name or logo to suggest we endorse something, without asking first.
6. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Product descriptions reflect what Secona does at the time of writing and the product changes. The site is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
7. Links out
Where the site links elsewhere, including to the Secona application, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those destinations.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
