Privacy Policy

The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no database. The early-access form does not send your details anywhere by itself: it opens a message in your own email app, already filled in, and nothing reaches us unless you choose to press send.
1. Who this is about
Secona is operated by Focus Chain Labs. In the language of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below, and you are the Data Principal. You can reach us at queries@focuschainlabs.com.
This policy covers the public website at secona.ai. It does not cover the Secona application itself, which is provided to customers under a separate agreement.
2. What the website collects
Nothing. The site is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and includes no analytics or advertising trackers. We cannot tell who visits it.
3. What you send us if you request early access
The early-access form asks for your agency name, phone number, email address, how many channel partners are on your team, the areas you operate in, your average property value, and the property types you sell.
The form does not transmit any of this. It assembles the answers into a draft email addressed to us and hands that draft to your own mail app. You stay in control: you can edit it, or close it, and we receive nothing. We hold this information only once you send the email.
We use what you send to reply to you, to judge whether Secona suits your agency, and to arrange onboarding if you go ahead. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Others who may see technical data
- GitHub Pages hosts this site. Like any web host, GitHub receives your IP address and browser details in its server logs in order to serve the page.
- Google Fonts supplies the two typefaces the site uses. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and user agent.
- Your email provider carries the message if you send us an early-access request.
We share personal data with nobody else.
5. How long we keep it
We keep an early-access enquiry for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick it up again if you come back to us. If you would rather we did not, ask and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- ask what personal data of yours we hold and how we have used it;
- ask us to correct or complete anything inaccurate;
- ask us to erase it, where we have no need to keep it;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot; and
- raise a grievance with us, as below.
Because we hold only what you emailed us, most requests are simple to settle. Write to queries@focuschainlabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Grievances
Send any complaint about how we have handled your personal data to queries@focuschainlabs.com, marked for the attention of the Grievance Officer. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
Secona is sold to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the page and the date at the top.
